Rare vintage Black Forest hand-carved bear figurine is made out of wood circa early 1900's (per our research) and has lots of great detailing with textured fur, black painted claws, red inside the mouth, and tiny black glass eyes. Made in Germany. Please note that some photos have been brightened to show details of the bear. The perfect addition to your Black Forest collection, or display it in a vignette or shelf. It can also be used in a fairy garden, terrarium or diorama. A rare and hard-to-find piece, especially in this sitting position!
Measures 2.75" long x 1" wide x 1.75" tall.
All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
