Cute and unique vintage certificate is for the Dick Tracy Secret Service Patrol, wherein the signee pledges to: "Stand for law and order, Be trustworthy, honest, and honorable, Be kind, courteous and helpful to others, Be fearless, courageous in what I know is right, Be alert and healthy in thought and action, Honor and obey my parents, and Keep the secrets of the Dick Tracy Secret Service Patrol strictly confidential". It is "signed" by Dick Tracy, Jr and there are also lines for a signature and the signature of a witness. The last column is for the "Promotion Record" for moving up the ranks to Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, and Inspector-General. Sponsored by Quaker Puffed Wheat. Folded into four columns and originally found stuck inside of a vintage book, it's in overall excellent vintage condition aside from some yellowing with age. So cute in person, and definitely makes a unique gift for that person who already has everything!

All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
