Original vintage full color wall map is so unique! Per the description on the map, one side is Portrait U.S.A, the first color photomosaic of the 48 contiguous United States produced by National Geographic Society with the LANDSAT Imagery of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration through the photographic and mosaic facilities of the General Electric Company. The other side has a full color map of the United States of America. The final image shows the map folded up. The map is in overall great vintage condition with no obvious marks or tears, but please view all photos too. Copyright 1976. Ready to hang as-is or have it framed. Perfect for commemorating a trip, sending to a friend who lived in or visited the area, or to hang in your home. Please note that the photos of the maps have been brightened to show detail and are slightly more pastel in shade in person.

All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
