Rare and hard to find artisan-signed vintage miniature crib is made of wood and hand painted with Thumper the rabbit from the Walt Disney animated film 'Bambi' on the headboard and foot board surrounded by green grass, pink and yellow flowers and rainbows. The rails and frame are painted a pale yellow, and one side of the crib raises and lowers. The crib comes with an attached padded mattress with a white textured polka dot cover on top and a pink pleated dust ruffle with tiny white polka dots. The top of the bed also has two attached pillows - a long pink bolster pillow and a white textured polka dot pillow edged in white lace. The back of the headboard is painted pale yellow and has "Diane" written on it, and the bottom of the bed is signed with the artist's name, Lorraine Scuderi and '90 (the year 1990). Excellent condition with no signs of wear or damage. There are so many beautiful details to this piece and it's very rare and hard to find! Makes the perfect addition to a dollhouse nursery.
Measures a little over 4.5" long x 3.25" wide (plus a little extra for the blanket that peeks out of both sides) x 4.5" tall.
