Adorable and tiny vintage house is 1:48 scale or quarter scale. The outside is a pretty shade of blue with reddish roof shingles and dark gray trim around the 5 windows and the door. The door is painted a bright shade of red, and there's a front porch that has three small steps and white pillars. One side of the house has one tiny window and the other side has two regular sized windows. The bottom of the sides of the house and the back have a textured "stone"-like accent. The back of the house is open to the 5 rooms. All of the rooms are fully decorated with "hardwood" floors and assorted wallpapers in florals, stripes, and newspaper print in the attic. The front door opens to a set of stairs. There are a few minor signs of wear that are consistent with age and/or use, like a few chipped shingles or spots of dried glue on the front of the house (please view all photos). Also, please note that the original maker or builder glued the roof of the front porch slightly crooked (see photos). It's in overall excellent vintage condition though - just add furniture and accessories! Please note that this is NOT a kit and is the completed house.
Entire house measures 7" at the widest point x 6.75" deep x 8 1/8" at the tallest point.

All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
