Vintage turtle figurine is made out of silver plated metal and has lots of detailing on the shell, feet, belly, and face. The bottom is stamped with "Reed and Barton" and there's a turn key that plays Brahms' Lullaby (see video). There are a few areas of tarnish on the shell (please see photos) but it's in otherwise excellent vintage condition and perfect for your shelf or vignette, or use it in a nursery or give as a gift for a new baby!
Measures 3.5" long x 2.25" wide x 1.25" tall.
*Please note: be careful not to overwind a musical movement; permanent damage may result. Turn the key gently clockwise, making sure it does not reach the point where it will turn no more.
All items come from a smoke-free, chemical-free, and pet-friendly environment. We do have one shop cat but she is terrible at wrapping so we don’t usually ask her for her help! Our inventory is also stored in a room that she does not have access to, but since cat hair can possibly be transferred from our clothing please let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cats and we will take extra precautions.
